What is the refund policy?

At OdenPaw, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at OdenPaw@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at OdenPaw@proton.me with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Are any purchases final sale?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your OdenPaw experience. While most items are eligible for return within 30 days, please note that any items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' at the time of purchase are non-refundable and cannot be returned
When will I get my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible! Typically, delivery takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location in Ireland. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way

We believe in transparency. We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland! You won't have to worry about extra delivery fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay
